At Belle Creek Commons, we know pets are part of the family! While our community does not feature an onsite dog park, our direct-access townhomes are located on the community path network and open space provide for ample opportunities for you and your pets to get out and about — perfect for playtime with your pup!

Pet Policy:

  • Each townhome may have up to two (2) pets.
  • A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 per pet is required.
  • A monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet applies.

Breed Restrictions:

Certain breeds are considered restricted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management. The following breeds (or their mixes) are generally not permitted: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Akitas.

Assistance Animals:

Assistance animals are not considered pets, and no pet fees, deposits, or rent apply. Prior approval is required before move-in. Please contact our leasing office for the necessary forms and documentation to request a reasonable accommodation.
